Samuel was born at 5:53 am on Tuesday, May 17, 2005. He was born at home in our bedroom. It was the most wonderful, peaceful birth experience we could have imagined. The midwives did all they needed to do with Samuel right on our bed while we sat right there watching. They weighed him using a fish scale! :) Proud big brother Noah got to put on Samuel's first diaper with the help of our midwife, Rebecca.
